So much talk about the importance of translators in the world of literature today. . . Which are we the Moon or the Firefly?

LA LUCCIOLA

Trilussa

THE FIREFLY

Trilussa

The full Moon poked fun at the Firefly:
― Could be ‘cause of the economy,
but that light you carry seems pretty weak…
―Yes, ― said she ―but the light belongs to me!
